Poor customer support
I tried to provide feedback to support team thru the app ( their email listed ). Either it is not working anymore or they have not updated their email. My email keeps bouncing back as undelivered.
Processing video can take forever to see video
Processing video on a trip I made yesterday still not processed and it restarts the process if you minimize the app or lock your phone so it can stay in loop forever. Literally can't rely on it to have a video without having the phone sit for who knows how long on the processing screen. Terrible.

Hey Mell, sorry to hear that video processing has been taking a while for you. Optimising this aspect of our app is a big part of our focus at the moment, so do keep an eye out for updates! In the meantime, closing and reopening the app during a recording adds to the processing time - so once you start your journey, try to keep the app open for the full duration. Thanks! I have been considering getting a dashcam for ages as there are so many dodgy drivers and scammers out there - I worry that should I be in an accident, it will be my word vs theirs. Using this, I feel so much more protected, plus this is so much cheaper and quicker to set up than a dashcam 👍
Just what I was looking for!
Finally! I do not have to splash out on yet another expensive accessory. Super easy and slick to use and I don’t have to worry about it getting stolen out of the car as I just take it with me!
