This is a multi services application that is easy to navigate and use. User can login to the App using directly by tapping mobile number or email address and password. In case that Password is forgotten, it can be recovered by tapping on "Forgot Your Password". Register by tapping on "Sign Up" link. User can select any service of their choice from the given icons Common Delivery Send anything from location X to location Y. It can be large and small items, single or multiple deliveries Food and Grocery Delivery User can see all restaurants or Groceries available and ready to accept order in his range of X km/miles. Delivery Options Contactless delivery at door or take away. Taxi Ride The rider can book a taxi ride. He/she simply needs to enter a pickup and drop location, choose the Taxi they wish from the list like Basic, Normal and Luxurious and receive the fare detail thus ensuring the overall ride transparency. Business profile Business profile feature allow user to create his or her own corporate profile. In case the user is traveling for official purposes, he or she can use this profile to make a booking for the ride. User will get all expense reports, ride details, fare, bills, and other expenses in the form of an email on their official ID. Book for Someone Else - Book A Ride for your family or friends Book a ride for someone who does not have the application and wants to do the trip. Select the contact details of the passenger and request for the ride. When driver will accept the request, the traveler will be notified by SMS about their trip. Taxi Rentals Taxi rental feature allows to book completely chauffeured ride for a particular duration of time and stipulated distance. Car Pooling Book a seat instead of booking the entire car. Rider can choose the number of people travelling with them. User preferences User can set preferences for rides like Prefer a female driver, taxi with handicap accessibility and taxi with child seat accessibility. Woman users can prefer woman drivers for their rides. Woman users can select if they prefer woman drivers. In this case, 1st all woman drivers are preferred and if there is no woman driver in vicinity, male drivers are requested for the ride. Handicap users can prefer taxi with Handicap accessibility. User who is traveling with a child can prefer taxi with child seat accessibility. Promo code The promo code section offers users a coupon that they can apply for the next service that they book. Tracking User can see the status of the taxi or delivery on his App and can also see the driver location on the Map. Safety The App allows users to list up to 5 emergency contacts who can be reached through an alert instantly. Internal chat between user and service provider As soon as the driver accepted the request of the user, thereafter, both can seamlessly chat with each other through the In-App chat feature. The feature however works only till the trip begins. Call masking This section allows the driver and the user to remain connected with each other via internet calls. This feature prevents the private numbers of both, the driver as well as the user from getting revealed to each other. Invoice Summary Upon the end of delivery or ride, the invoice gets shared with user. The summary contains the details of the service provided including its fare, date, discount applied (if any), fare details and review in order to provide feedback. Reviews User can provide unique reviews and rate the service provider based on the nature of services provided.
