Ridewolf Operator

RideWolf Operator is the app for the team that takes care of a shared scooter, e-bike, or moped fleet. It's the tool you reach for between jobs to see what needs your attention and to fix things right away. What you can do: • See every vehicle on a live map. At a glance you know which ones are ready to ride, which are charging, which are low on battery, and which need a closer look. • Tap any vehicle to open it. From there you can lock it, unlock it, make it beep so you can find it, change its status, or start a battery swap. • Scan QR codes with the camera. Open the scanner, point it at a sticker, and the app opens that vehicle for you. Got a smudged sticker? Type the code in by hand. • Handle tickets and alerts in one place. If a vehicle is reporting a problem, you'll see it on the same screen — no need to jump between apps. • Watch the last 24 hours. Replay where a vehicle has been, sped up if you need to skip ahead. Useful when something doesn't add up. • Works in English, Russian and Romanian. The app is dark by default so it doesn't blind you at night, the buttons are big enough to use with gloves on, and every action gives you a little buzz so you know it worked. You'll need an account from your fleet manager to sign in.
