Not getting otp
I am trying to sign up but I am not getting the otp even after trying multiple times

A few stations are listed, need to update for all app very worst app

What a terrible app

It is a disgrace since couple of weeks back I am not able to access the ridlr account and travel. I have raised this to the support team unfortunately haven’t received any response from them. I tried calling customer care the number doesn’t exists any more. I request someone from higher management to look into this matter ASAP. There is a balance in my account which I am not able to use during Mumbai Metro travel.

Best app for mumbai metro tickets. One of the easiest ones to use in comparison to all the other similar service provider. Can buy a ticket in less than a minute and since the barcode is big enough it never causes aby trouble during scanning. Have been using it for more than a year.

Please update for bus tickets and bus pass category.
