It’s unfortunate the lower of use this app receives.
I am a homeschool mom and was looking for an app to keep track of reading for my 6 year old. My child loves to see the long list he has accomplished by reading. It’s very engaging; after reading, he scans the barcode on the back of the book, adds how many pages were read and how much time it took him to read. So colorful & fun! Easy to use.
Only con I wish there were more features!

Book Count Doesn’t Work
We were using this log to keep track of how many books we are reading to our daughter. It’s totally stopped keeping track. When you try to find the total, it’s blank or says “null”. Super disappointed because we had set a goal for ourselves for the year and this has totally ruined our progress.
Anything to support reading
I am a fan of any app that encourages my child to read. A helpful tool.
Great for summer reading
We use this to track our daughters summer reading and it’s been easy and fun. Useful tool to track progress.
Close but no cigar
Liked the ability to reward by time read spent reading and number of books. Unfortunately, app can’t find certain Dr Seuss books. Why is there no function to enter titles manually? Unfortunately must delete.

Can’t add any books
I’m trying to keep track of my three girls reading this summer and I can’t have three users on one account. As a result I had to download the app on all three of their tablets. Now that they are downloaded on their tablets, the app is t recognizing any of the ISBN numbers I’m trying to input.
Not accepting ISBN of any book in my house
This app is completely useless if I can’t choose any book to put in. This app is not recognizing any of my books including Scholastic books. I am a kindergarten teacher and have multiple K-2 picture books at my house. I tried my personal books as well. None of them are coming up to put into my reading log. I was hoping I could send this out to parents for the summer, now I won’t be recommending this to anyone.

Useless app - does not have updated ISBN database
I wanted to use this app to track my child’s reading activity this Summer. 9/10 of the books we searched for (including famous titles such as Harry Potter) could not be found. Not sure who wrote this app, but it might have made more sense to use an API or other method to tie into ISBN listings. This obviously uses its own outdated, limited set of books. Sure it’s free, but so is a piece of paper and a pencil, which would actually be more useful than this silly app.

Disappointed
I wanted a basic log for my daughter to track / log the books she’s reading. Unfortunately, the scanner nor the manual ability to input the ISBN number does not work. Neither feature found the multiple books that she has read. There is not a way to manually enter the book title either. Deleting this app immediately.

Close to the app we were searching for. The only problem is the app can’t find most books either by scanner or by entering in the ISBN code. Expand your database and this will be a winner.

I need this app so much but it doesn’t scan books and doesn’t recognise manual entry. Pls fix it and I’ll give you 5*
RIF Reading Log
Very disappointing that there is no way of manually entering a book when the app doesn’t recognise the ISBN even when entered manually. An old app called Reading Log + was much better with this problem, but is now unavailable.
Poor book list
None of the books I scanned came up an there was no way to add them. As a teacher, I was excited to try this app. Too bad I can’t use it or recommend it.
Great app
I enjoy using this free app with my boys. It makes them excited to read and make progress through books.
Useful family reading tool
Our kids have enjoyed keeping track of the books they are reading with this useful app. The way it totals up all reading progress and allows them to share is great!
Disappointing
I have been wanting an app to track hours read for my kids, especially as their school has them read 20 minutes a day for homework and our library gives prizes for hours read. This was not it. You can only run the timer when you add a book by ISBN. And of the books my daughter read this weekend only 1 actually showed up when we entered the ISBN. There is also no option for multiple users that I could see. I have 3 kids. This doesn’t work for us. Make it so we can simply track hours using the timer without entering a specific book and have multiple user accounts and I would consider using it again.

Book doesn’t show up.
So I scan my daughters book she’s in 6th grade and it doesn’t work. I dont know if the books is to scary for kids that’s why it doesn’t show up or Database is just not great
Teacher Connection
I would love to use this app in my classroom but I would much rather have a teacher dashboard to access student logs on my own than depend on parents to share information with me and congest my email.

Cute UI, but scanning bar codes didn’t work & there is no button to submit manually logging an ISBN.
