Very disappointing
The list of available newspapers decreasing rapidly. None of the Mwananchi titles available for over a week. Customer Service via WhatsApp very slow and unhelpful. Rifaly obviously gone to market too soon with minimum testing

M-Pesa does not work
M pesa does not work on the app. I even tried paying through m pesa app using the reference number. The money went though but my account was not credited. Highly disappointed
Exellent Update
Since the last update, my M-Paper has run so smoothly. I enjoy the newest papers editions especially Gumzo Comics.
No Subscription option in IOS app!!
I have IOS app but there is no subscription option as in Android app. This is very inconvenient as you have to pay too much to read the same amount of papers as Android Subscribers.
Validation code doesn't work
I have a feeling this apps just want to get your contact info.

The app crashes every time I download a newspaper
First after of the signing up successfullyin the larest update I tried to download the newspaper, the app crashed on spot! Also the HELP section of the app is useless because it does not WORK at ALL! Also how come the HELP does not ask for optional contact email from the user? Does it even ask for user device info!!!Please fix this!
