ai was very interested in this app based on a recommendation from someone on a YT video. Well, you need quite an education to use this app and that isn't free, neither is the app after your trial. I wasn't able to use this because I had no idea how to do so. Its not useful unless you know what your doing. Id suggest going to this website first and exploring that way before downloading your trial.

I tested this with a decibel & frequency meter even the 160hz was coming in at 330hz meaning it's way over the frequency it should be & some had 6000hz anything over the 1000hz range is dangerous for ears & hearing I hope my eardrums do recover from this
Great success in dealing insomnia
I have had insomnia for over 30 years and tried everything to no avail. After reading about the benefits of frequencies and the work of Dr Rife I installed the app. Within three nights I’ve gone from 2 hours sleep a night to 6 hours.
