Won't open
Bought a subscription and the app won't even open on Iphone 16. Seems to be a waste of money if they don't support the app. The App store states last update 4 months ago and still doesn't work.

Poor Fuctionality
Subscribed to the app and it doesn’t allow you to read the new issues of the magazine when they are released.
Have restored the purchases but still doesn’t recognise them. There is little recourse to seek assistance to resolve issues. Shame as the magazine is great.

Superb magazine !!! But 1 big problem..... the app needs to have a Text reader option, same as is available in ZINIO app.
In present PDF form it is difficult to read and enjoy. When you do this please make sure you enable it to all back issues as well, the info in this magazine is so good that I find my self often referencing back issues.

FRAUDULENT SITE
I got snagged into the &12.95 yr subscription and got absolutely nothing for it. There is no support and no avenue to get your money back from through the APSTORE. This should be removed from the store site due to fraud.

crashes every time
just fine under IOS7 but under IOS8, it crashes every single time. Beginning to wonder about the merits of ezines! Paper magazines don’t crash and disappear every time someone updates a font or installs a new staple...
Not downloading
It is not downloading to my phone or ipad!!!!! I already paid for the subscription

Essentially the print version of the magazine online. No videos, no extras and you can't even click on the links within an article or advertisement.
