Disappointed
Sound quality is mid and the app won’t even connect to my headset. Waste of $100
Doesn’t work
I’ve been trying to connect my headset to the app for about 20 minutes and it just doesn’t work. My headset is connected to my Xbox, and is working fine. I’d just like to fix my mixer so the game volume is louder then the party chat.
Why is there such a small issue still in the app under equalizer
Can’t see bass mid treble labels in the app under equalizer. Please correct.

Just wouldn’t let me in the app said still connecting but in my Bluetooth navigator said connected
Great app and headset
This app does everything I need it to do. Mic monitoring is my favorite- feel like my ears are plugged if it's not on and I talk. Set my custom EQ. And set power to turn off after 2 hours not using. All works great. Headset is super comfortable and sounds great. I set it to Game when I don't want my phone interrupting my CSGO

App horrible
Phone connected to headset and since I already own a Rig 800 for my Xbox series X it connect. But the open will not open. Just says connecting.
Love it!
Honestly I’ve had a lot of fun messing around with the equalizer while listening to music and it really enhances the experience, I’ve gotten lost into the music bc of how high quality it is!

Could be better imo hopefully next update they can add more features to the app which would increase the benefits of having a rig 600
Doesn’t work
I had this headset for about 6 months with intermediate problems, but two days ago I had full audio control with no chat sound, which was resolved by unplugging the adapter. Today same issue with no chat audio but nothing fixes it. App does not connect to headset even though it gives me to audio queue for pairing. Not worth it.

Works perfectly for me!
Not sure what the other reviews are talking about, i open the app and it takes about 5 seconds to connect. Ive had a few RIG headsets and they are always great quality. Definitely worth the money
App functionality
Won’t connect to the app not even recognizing my headset on the app even though they’re connected to my phone as we speak so I can adjust my mic
Bad mic
The sound quality is ok but the mic is one of the worst I’ve have had in 30 years it’s what you would describe as a cancer mic.
Works great
I didn’t have any issues with this app at all, I wanted more bass and was able to get the sound I wanted. I don’t think it’s the app it’s the users giving it a bad rating because they don’t know what they are doing.

Estuve probándolo un momento y le da un toque único al modo gamer , te sumerge más en el juego , claro si sabes cómo personalizarlo a tu gusto . Si ya de entrada eran buenos con esta aplicación puedes poner a tu gusto el sonido
Defective product beware of purchase
I have the same issue everyone seems to have. Used it for 2days no issues on Xbox1. Than suddenly while adjusting volume it completely stops working. Says it’s connected but no sound but the announcement question were loud and . Connected it to phone and iPad yo listen music and it’s fine . A waste of 200$ . I spent 2hrs of my life trying to troubleshoot it and fix it was available on web and Microsoft. Glad I still have the receipt I’m gonna go return the item to Walmart asap. Even the app won’t link with the headset even when my phone is connected.

Terrible
Right when I got it wasn’t letting me connect but the volume was alright when I played a game but I just stoped using it ever since
Does not work
Worst app and headset I have ever gotten. Volume on the headset was a little low after about 4 games went to turn the volume up and volume goes away completely. Volume will not come back on at all except for game chat. I have tried switching chat to regular volume with nothing working. Go to connect the headset to the app to be able to see what’s going on. Headset will connect to my phone, but the app will not recognize that the headset is blue toothed to my phone.

No problems here
As of feb 18 2024 I’m having absolutely no problems anyone has left a review mentioning the app works great in my opinion I had to connect to it via Bluetooth then open the app and it worked flawlessly multiple times
Don’t waste your time
I bought the RIG 600 pro HS & downloaded this app to set up the headset. It recognized my headset 1 time then it kept saying headset not connected event\ though I was connected to my game or even in a FaceTime call to my wife. You can not set up or change the settings or even utilize the 3 profiles that are available to you if the app will not connect to the headset. Deleted the app & will be returning the headset.
