Great app for Oil and Gas professionals

LinkedIn has become a joke of what it was intended for, it’s just another Facebook they might as well merge. This was made by an oilfield professional for oilfield professionals and the Rig Lynx crew strives to keep it that way. I am extremely excited for this app/site and the possibilities of connecting and sharing valuable info in this industry. We all need a little help from time to time and fully believe this site will help more people in the industry than any other site over time!

App never works

The app never works, it won’t let me contact support, and won’t let me deactivate. So I am guessing I will be charged a monthly fee for it anyway?

Hi, we sent you an email about the server being down on the 11th, but prior to this you accessed the app on June 4,5, and then again on the 13th. You have also never provided a source of payment or subscribed to a monthly recurring membership, so you will never get charged. You also in fact did make contact with us through our info email and we responded almost immediately. In the future you may consider leaving reviews that are not false as we sent you an email about this review yesterday and if you wanted to deactivate your account, you sent the account deactivation in almost immediately but never responded to our email about this review, so hence we will do the same.

Very Insightful!

It is so nice to have an app that is specifically tailored to the Oil & Gas Industry. Plus if you have any questions on the app it is very quick and easy to get support from Rig Lynx.

Love the app. Greg Williams is always there to help. Which you really never see on any other app. I gave it 5 stars because of how easy it is to navigate through the app and how awesome everyone is on Rig Lynx.

Will not let me log in

I filling out all the requested information to set up an account and verified email. I went to log in and it’s almost like a small courser in the center of profile and password section. Once you select either of the slots as you type nothing gets inserted making it impossible to sign in. I have a iPhone X with latest update 11.4. Maybe an update is needed from developer?
