Just atrocious
This is one of the worst, if perhaps actually the worst, public transport app I have ever used. The navigation section is especially bad and user unfriendly, lacking obvious functionalities, but the whole thing just has basic flaws. It stops reacting at times but then starts again totally unpredictably. Buttons do not work. A really awful app.

Useless for foreigners
The app requires a Baltic phone number to sign up and use. It shouldn’t be in other region’s App Store if it’s not usable by them.

Let gour app get registered with all EU,UK,Turkey,and Japan phone numbers.All above tourists will make massive cash -in flow into your accounts over short time
Doesn’t work on British mobiles
The only country codex you can enter on Registration are Baltic States. How can you use this App if you are a tourist from elsewhere in the EU or U.K.?
UK visitors unable to register
The app does not accept any other country codes but three baltic states. Hello ??? What about the rest of the world? how on earth can we pay for the public transport??? Physical tickets sellers are difficult to find, they are also unreliable; had three which did not work.

Installed this app hoping to use it during a short trip to Riga. However, it requires a phone number to use it and the only countries it recognizes are Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania. How are visitors from other countries are supposed to use it?

Unable to register with non Latvian number
This could have been a very good application that helps a lot of tourists to pay for the transport ticket. I don't know what were you thinking about when created this app. Waste of time!

It baffles me how this app has been around for so long and that they haven’t fixed the foreign phone number not registering issue. A disaster.

Rubbish service, can not use if you are planning to go to Latvia and trying to organise your trip in advance. It doesn’t work with non-Latvian phone number. You can not register. Tried to use website- even worse, not opening at all as IP address is foreign. Shame.

Unable to register with UK phone number
Looks good but although app allows you to enter a foreign phone number it cannot send sms to it to complete registration. Please fix!
