It’s about time they got an app. I’d give it 5 stars if there was facilities to set up a direct debt on the app. Instead you need to phone or email them.

My observation with the app log in. The password insert box goes to black dot right away and should show the chosen letter or number for a second prior to going to black dot. To ensure that you have selected the intended letter or number. Oddly it works properly if you fail to put in your membership number first. Which is pointless as you need to insert that number for successful log in. It would be helpful if you fixed this. Thanks.
