Hello PinkiesoutNYC, RightAvenues uses api from ADS-B exchange and runs the call every 10 sec. So it is almost real-time (every 10 sec) - please let us know if you have particular problem from the service. We are here to serve our users and we update the app almost every week so we will improve the features based on user's feedback!

I can’t say enough good things about this app. It has completely revolutionized my ability to report helicopter noise complaints. I love that I can see the flight path and altitude in real time.

I don’t know how come my review has been removed but I must say RightAvenues is a game changer that keeps my urban life sane.
Noise pollution is no.1 issue that makes people leave the city. This startup must grow and help every citizen in the world to pursue quality of life.

So easy and helpful!

Thank you to the creators! Helicopters are creating an Apocalypse Now atmosphere in NYC now. Getting worse every day. This app is so easy and fast to use! Much easier than going to 311 or the FAA site (become a joke.)

We realized that inefficiency is a big hurdle for most people which discourages them to actively express their pain. Making it easy to use to save user's time was our top priority so far. Helicopter noise

I have reported low flying hovering tourist helicopters. Whatever happens to these reports? So far it registers as “ticketed” but no response.
