States the church controls deletion of my account
Unfortunately I was not made aware of this prior to signing up.I wanted to delete my account and it seems I have no control? states the church controls deletion of my account and needs to be done by a church pastor or I need make a request to the church for deletion.
Casting is broken :(
Love RightNow Media, and the incredible teachings and teachers they showcase. Unfortunately, casting has been completely broken for at least a few weeks now, which makes it very challenging to share the content with a larger group.

I have never been able to log in. Even when I try forgot password. It says it sent a code to my email but I never received it. It’s not in any folder. The spam, promotion. Nothing.

i can’t even log in. it’s not sending a code to ANY of my email addresses, and it’s just not working in general. it’s either a bug, or the app is messed up. please fix this 🙏
Improving!
I didn’t write a review to begin with, because it was a little buggy, shutting down or dropping playcast last year, but I’ve seen a lot of improvements to the basic program. Just as an FYI, not much in the way of charismatic material, staying much more baptist or evangelical, but has good resources for men’s and women’s teachings. My only request would be for a 1.25 speed playback. Some of the videos can get long and 1.25 would speed them up for group watch, while not changing the audio to minnie mouse. I would say good and getting better.

Had to look up an online link just for me to make an account and now it won’t allow me to have any access to anything until I add an organization. My church is not on this app and my pastor is currently fighting cancer and doesn’t need anymore stress to him. All I wanted to do was watch some videos or Bible studies and it’s not giving me any type of access for it!

As Christians we should be grateful to even have access to Right Now Media 🙏🏼 instead of finding fault with programming it’s wiser to have patience and find the goodness. Help the creator of the program to elevate it 🩷

Love the content but app could use refinement
Love your content. Feature requests: 1. I would like you to please add picture-in-picture support so I can watch while working in a drawing app on my iPad. 2. This happened to me months ago so maybe it’s fixed now. I downloaded a bunch of kids content before a flight. Then I’m on the flight (no Wi-Fi) and I wasn’t allowed to access the content without authenticating, which required a network connection. Please don’t make me authenticate to view downloads.

Can’t reset
Trying to regain access to the app. I changed emails years ago but app won’t let you change it. And of course it wants to send an email link to reset password which is to an email I no longer have. Conundrum
