GPS tracker does not work

Very rarely does the actual bus tracker work. Times don’t always align or due to traffic not accurate with scheduled times.

Right on spot

Great tool for school buses. You could see where the bus is and if any delays or early arrival. Most of the time accurate and reliable.

Doesn’t really give real time updates

In the beginning the app worked perfectly fine I was able to see the bus on the map and saw as it moved towards each pick up. But lately maybe the past 3 months or so it’ll say the bus is delayed by 43 mins then magically the bus is early by a minute. I thought it was my WiFi or my phone but it wasn’t all devices showed the same thing. It stresses me out because I think my son either has enough time to do something or has to rush out the building. He’s missed the bus sometimes because of this. Bad enough the driver doesn’t wait regardless if a student is approaching or not.

Can’t track the bus

Sometime the app be off it’ll say that the bus is early and then the bus will end up coming later than it’s supposed to. There’s no way to see where the bus is at on the map

The app doesn’t work properly

The bus app works in the morning and then in the afternoon the bus app doesn’t work properly the bus app shows the bus still sitting at the school at the time it’s supposed to come

Cant see where the bus is

The bus would start its route, it would notify us when it starts its route, but we ( parents) can not see the bus in the gps. Its so frustrating not to see where the bus is, especially in the cold mornings.
