This App is a scam
If you can’t create an account, how are you gonna pay for parking. This have designed it like so that they can boot you and charge more money. I asked the lady inside the store if I can pay inside. I paid 17 dollars and she told me to hang the receipt on the driver door. Stupid app. No support. No place to call. App doesn’t work. Scammers.

Getting me towed
I e been trying for 30 minutes to register in this app and it won’t let me login thru Apple or verify any email I register with. No support either. This is a dog

I tried to create an account using google and apple and the manually. No luck. Apple needs to do a better job screening and keeping the rif -raf out.

$15/day to park without access to a bathroom is criminal. Not enough details about locations.

The app has a few flaws - but one thing that fixed login issues was clearing web history and closing all open pages

With some updates this could be a good app. Major things to consider is there is no receipt for your purchase. The app bugs out if there is issues in check out and I have to input all truck information again.
Also some shots will not appear of you don’t close and reopen app to select your daily, hourly, or monthly options.

Ripoff
Truckers need parking at all hours not just 9 to 5. There is no customer support. The website and app are jokes!
$15.00 for parking is too high.

Stopped at a truckstop in the middle of no where and was informed that every spot is owned by this app and if you don’t pay you get booted or fined. Not a single free spot. Ridiculous! Taking advantage of truck drivers.

Can’t finish acct set up. If I get ticket or a boot. Best believe I’ll be making a fuss. Willing to pay but app doesn’t work. Now I get to worry all night if I’m gonna get booted towed or kicked out on my break and screw up my HOS

Another garbage app that doesnt even work. Cant even login. Take a hint from the best truck stops that never charge for parking. Developers are scum and the owners of “truck stops” that require this garbage app to pay for parking.
Glitched out
App is trash, pulled up to little mom and pop gas station to park and this app provided all paid parking at the station, then sent in an endless loop up signing in, sent an email, then to the App Store. Guess I’m gonna have to risk the boot

I attempted to use the app and create an account, it just kept sending me a link to a web page back to the app. Ended up paying inside for the parking.

I’ve tried multiple times to create an account. It sends me an email which I’m supposed to click to open in the app but it never opens. Instead it just tells me a confirmation has been sent to my email. Check email repeat… still haven’t been able to log in because it won’t open the app directly from email it keeps opening a webpage not the app. Absolutely garbage

NOT USER FRIENDLY
Needed to park & pulled in to find I needed to download this app to pay for parking. Downloaded app, created account & was sent on a never ending round robin & not able to log in to pay for parking. Store staff was unable to help but was super friendly anyway. Had to move on down the road. Stupidest app on the App Store!!

Greedy
Lee’s used to be one of my favorite places to stop at, this app killed it for me. Trying to squeeze cash out of truckers pockets when there’s already so much else to pay for.
Kind of shady
I used this app once because there were no other options for parking. Because I most likely won't use it again, I wanted to delete my payment method and delete the app. There is no provision to do that. I definitely wouldn't recommend using a debit card with this app.

Parasitic app
So tired of greedy people trying to get any peice of a truckers money. Last time I parked here it was free now these people have moved in and charge $15. I had planned to stop here based on previous experience but you got me this time,since I can’t go any further today but I will never stop here again. Gas pro travel center Waynesboro GA.

Seems ok
App works as advertised, the only problem is that it doesn’t not offer any short term parking for a passer by, just wanted some food, fuel and a shower. So won’t waste my money here, download at your own risk, unless you looking for overnight is a waste of time.
