Do not buy from Rihoas

A cheap version of SHEIN. The quality of the clothing is lower than what I could get on SHEIN & Temu. Plus you can return clothing from those companies. Rihoas doesn’t allow exchanges or returns for anything they have on “sale” which is basically everything. It’s a scam.

Issues fixed!

The app works so much better! Was able to search and add clothes to my cart and check out. Can’t wait for my new clothes to arrive!

Not working

This app doesn’t work; it keeps saying “failed to add to cart” no matter how many times I close it and open it again, or restart my phone. It’s a shame..

Please fix the app. It’s not working properly! Love the clothes but after using for a few minutes I want to delete the app.

The app sucks

Tried to create an account and it will send me an email for activation. When I tried to log in it keep saying email not active even though I have doing it couple times. So Rihoas you’re not taking my money when signing up itself you guys made it so complicated.

Terrible App Issues

Such cute clothes!! I would have bought so many!! Unfortunately this app sucks to work with. You can’t make an account, tried to verify through my email with a code that doesn’t translate to the actual account back in the app. Ugh so upsetting. Save yourself the heartbreak of not being able to buy these cute cute clothes, find a different store.

Keeps crashing

Love the site, hate the app. Not sure how I’m supposed to shop when it crashes every 2 minutes
