Unable to connect

Entered IP info app is unable to connect. Alert prompt says disconnect. App doesn't not work properly. When attempting to connect app kicks you back out to main screen with error.

I enter my IP address, connect, then have an alert pop up to tell me that I'm being disconnected. Nothing else to do. No instructions. Very frustrated.
