Not weekend friendly

Not a good app for weekend transactions .it took the whole weekend to get a Friday transaction paid on Monday .Just haven’t found a good competitor to switch

Poor service

The exchange rate is good but they have very poor customer service. I made a transaction and it hasn’t gone through for 24 hours and then I contacted the customer service and the reply was poor, the effort from them was poor. It’s really difficult to get through to them.

They are not reliable and not to be trusted money sent over 12 hours still not credited, customer services too poor as you have no one to talk to.
