Impossível cancelar
Fiz a assinatura de uma semana, e começaram a me cobrar valores sem minha autorização, em DÓLAR. Tentei cancelar e não existe a opção de cancelar pela Apple Story, nem dentro do próprio aplicativo, nem pelo banco. Vi outros usuários com o mesmo problema falando que tinha que enviar um e-mail para a empresa pedindo o cancelamento, mas ninguém sabe como se identificar, já que nem e-mail pra assinatura eles pedem, nem com quem falar. Sem contar a falta de resposta. Tive que remover meu cartão da Apple pay e fazer um bloqueio temporário pra conseguir parar de ser cobrada. Não sei se quando eu desbloquear meu cartão, vai retornar as cobranças. Péssimo

Eu estava mechendo no insta e vi o um videozinho falando sobre a história curioso para ver até o final instalei e assinei um plano bem básico, o semanal que estava com desconto no momento em que fiz, porém esse foi o meu erro, por que terminei a historinha e percebi que o sistema de navegação é horrível, mas fui cancelar pq já tinha matado a minha curiosidade, só que não tem como cancelar no aplicativo o sistema cobra de forma automática porém eles não mostram nenhum lugar para cancelar e prestando muita atenção percebi que em letras miúdas estava escrito que para cancelar deveria enviar um e-mail a eles para pedir o cancelamento da renovação automática, porém eles nem falam como podemos nos identificar para cancelar

Don’t download, no way of cancelling trial subscription. Which was meant to be £2 for a week and 3 days later they charged my card £11.40.

They have been trying to charge my card everyday still after a week and even had to cancel my card with my bank! Because they don’t have a cancellation button when u pay for a trial week and don’t want to keep paying weekly. It wasn’t even paid through the Apple Store. And the app doesn’t have any settings for canceling. They are a bunch of scammers!!!

Or download the app. This app should be called ad watcher with the load of ads they make you watch for so little reward. You have to watch over 100+ ads, each being 25 sec-1 min long. After an hour of watching adslop, they give you enough coins for about 1-2 chapters, maybe 3 if you’re desperate.
Stories cost 150 per chapter but you at most get 1-2 minutes worth of a chapter. They do this so they can force you to give up and pay the sub. Don’t give this app your money, they make it difficult to cancel it.

I can understand you are focused on money but cmon i downloaded to read a story and only the online version i received was free in the app and they start asking for money. Cant even say if the app is worth the buy cause even 20 ads are not even enough to read a chapter? Im so bored . So biee
