Every time you want to go out page and come back to the application. Show page make me so annoy I hope fix this

Checkout crash

The app won’t let me check out, it crashes every time I try to check out regardless of payment option. Please fix it asap

Nice app, Very slow delivery service Maximum 2.5hours

Nice to see app for Medical and Pet shop.

However, service is really slow. I don’t Recommend to use the app if you need stuff urgent.

Customer service is good. I cannot complain.

Great pharamecutical app!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️I ordered an ear cleaning product for my pets for only 17qr and i was first worried at the delivery fee because i live far from the city.

And im happy that it arrived and paid the same exact amount without the delivery free (on your first month) and was satisfied with the rider and the product.

Will order again soon! But my suggetion is please put an UI so we can chat with the riders ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Expired products!

They sell nearly expired products (supplements). Expiry date was also not mentioned on the product description on the app.

Excellent service

This app has a clean and fresh interface. The purchasing steps are very straightforward and tracking the delivery was easy. I received my order within an hour of placing it. I highly recommend their service.

Amaizing

The customer service of Rimads is really five start.
I had some doubts and they helped me right away
The delivery was perfect and in less than two hours

I just wish I could pay by card, but I guess I’d coming. Highly recommended

Great and efficient

Delivery is free for the first month but I will keep using the app even with paid delivery! Nice and very quick service (order at my door in an hour) and driver speaks Arabic which is great as well for easy communication. The app design is easy to use and really cute design and all information about the medication is there. All medications came with price tag on the box and the price matched that on the app. They also wrote a very nice message on my bag :)

Rimads provides an important resource, particularly in a pinch, and with unparalleled efficiency especially for a start-up. I’m an early adopter (labeled as such in a lovely note from Rimads) and have had zero complaints with regard to both the use of the app itself and the service provided through it. Convenient

Easy to navigate through it. It’s pretty nice to have the option to have your medicine and whatever you would need from a pharmacy, be right at your doorstep. One less thing to worry about means a more productive day for me.

Makes life easy in Doha

This was exactly what Doha needed and could not have come timelier. You can order pretty much anything that a pharmacy or health store has and it is delivered to your door. I just ordered 2 items using Rimads app and my order was delivered in less than an hour. I had to provide to key code provided in the app to receive delivery so looks pretty safe way of delivering pharmacy products. Congrats to Rimads team for this amazing product. I Will certainly use the app again.
