Too much stuff

I literally just downloaded this app today to make a ringtone which took we awhile to download it self but now itโ€™s saying I also have to download GarageBand like I already downloaded this and I have to download another. I donโ€™t recommend this unless you have storage to waste and want to download apps for no reason.
