Ni siquiera puedo registrarme
No se como me ayudará si ni siquiera me deja registrarme. Al final del registro me aparece el cuadro de diálogo sin mensaje alguno y con un botón que dice OK y luego me regresa al paso anterior. No pongan apps en la tienda sin que estén bien desarrolladas.

Cada vez que me siento insegura, voy sola manejando en la noche o tengo un mal vibe solo pienso en WeHelp y me tranquilizo. Sus agentes están sumamente capacitados y son bastante atentos. 100% la recomiendo!

Good idea, but does not work.
This app is a great idea, however, it does not work properly. It would great if the app could actually let you add friends and send the audio and video recordings from both the front and back cameras to them while an alert is triggered. This would make for a great app, but the app does not seem to work at all.

App doesn’t let me register
App doesn’t let me verify my code by WhatsApp or phone so I can’t get past registration even though I’m entering the code they are sending me. Bad bad bad

Muchas personas han confiado en esta aplicación, se han bajado, en situaciones de peligro han aplastado el botón de pánico , llega una notificación a personas alrededor , pero cuando quieres asistir a alguien , la aplicación no te permite ver donde esta la persona o cómo asistir. Lastimosamente la aplicación tiene una falla técnica y ha hecho que mucha gente en situaciones de peligro no puedan ser asistidas. Ustedes son responsables de que gente no pueda acudir a socorrer a personas en peligro cuando aplastan el botón de pánico confiando en esta aplicación. Por favor sean más responsables, mejoren la aplicación o sáquenla del mercado

Notifications won’t load the information
Every time I get an emergency notification I tap on the notification and it won’t load the information on the app.
Never works
I had a lot of alerts but I wasn’t able to reply them, what’s the point on having this if it doesn’t work ?

There’s someone sending many alerts and every time I try to see them it just says “try later”. Later will be too late 🙄

Login Fails
I downloaded the app a while ago and when I tried to login it will always tell me to try again later. A couple minutes ago I received four emergency signals, I tried to login and it won’t let me! Someone is asking for help and the app is crashing
I have had 6 notifications that someone needs my help in the last hour but when I open my alerts to help that person I get a notification of please try again later. I don’t know what kind of emergency is this but I just hope is not a life threatening one. Please address this as soon as possible because is an app problem.

Crashed while someone needed help
I received a notification of someone needing help nearby, when I tried to open the app it crashed and appeared a loading symbol. I tried refreshing the app several times and it kept sending me the notification (3 times) without being able open the app properly

Esta aplicacion ni sirve, siempre que me llegan notificaciones que me dicen que alguien necesita ayuda me meto para saber donde estan y ayudarlas lo mas pronto posible, la aplicacion solo dice “intentelo mas tarde”
It doesn’t work
I got 5 notifications of nearby alerts and the app is not working. I cannot help anyone if the app isn’t working. I have good WiFi so I don’t see what’s the problem besides the app.
Crashing
App crashes at registering steps, while receiving notifications of help needed nearby!
Support problem
I keep getting help notifications from someone but I can’t see them I tried to contact support but no one is available how am I supposed to help someone when I can’t see anything and it’s nerve racking like someone might be in real trouble yet there’s nothing I can really do about it !
