Doesn’t take card payments
Not possible to check out, tried 2 phones and multiple cards and their website is the same. Called them and they just said it’s working for other people, deleted app and won’t bother coming back.

The app keeps refreshing and signing me out so i lose my basket. Using the website is a better user experience
Lack organisation!!
Ordering will give you no notification or whereabouts of your order… waited 1hr 30mins after few phone calls to get my delivery… definitely avoid and use other channels to order, so you can issues resolved.

Ordered trough their app and received confirmation that I will receive my food after like 1h and 20 minutes. After 2h and 30 minutes I don't have my order and they don't answer the phone to confirm what is happening...

The app has a good interface and is good for checking out the menu, but that is all.
It doesn’t allow any payments to be done on the app as it shows error of payment for the last month or more of having the app.

Payment does not work
App works fine until I click to pay. Then it says payment can’t be made. Don’t know what was wrong with the old app :(
