Honestly I didn't think I’d end up loving this app, but the concept is sick. This helped me meet people in my huge intro CS lecture hall with hundreds of kids, and find some study buddies + friends. I also probably would have failed that CS final if I wasn’t able to study with the friends I met on Ripple. After spending so much time online after COVID, it was nice to have an app that made it easier to connect with the people around me, and Ripple has helped to recharge my social battery. Would definitely recommend for all college students.

Revolutionary Idea, Fantastic Execution, Amazing App
This is such a fantastic app! Ripple is a must-download for all college students and people who want to make friends and meet others. I’ve met some incredible people on it and love the features that allow you to so easily connect with others around you. In a time where social media is causing us to become increasingly virtual, Ripple sparks that joy of getting outside and creating connection again!!!

This quite possibly could be the worst app to be posted on the App Store to date. This idea makes no sense. Who would want to be tracked by a random people. I mean this has to be an April fools joke.

Thank you for the feedback! Users are not able to see the location of others but can know they are there if within immediate proximity of them. No location data is stored or shared. The technology allows for many different use cases such as easy exchange of contact information, seeing who you know at an event, interacting with people around you, and more.

This app is amazing! It’s saved me in so many classes. I love using it in the library and being able to find people who are studying the same thing as me. Such a great app have made so many friendships and connections through it.
