junk compared to others

no sounds or customizing at all. waste of download time

Love it.

I was pleasantly surprised with this app’s simplicity. I wanted a deep breathing app for my phone after having success using the guided breathing on my Fossil smartwatch. This app is wonderful, I love the length of breaths and the simple visuals.

Incredibly simple, incredibly effective

It’s the most zen-like of apps. A very simple intuitive interface, that instantly calms the mind. It’s become a go-to in my day, for moments of mindfulness and deliberate practice. The only thing that I’d like to see added by the developer is the ability to customize the length of inhalation, hold and exhalation cycles- that would make it perfect.

WONDERFUL, SIMPLISTIC BREATHING APP

I like to exhale for 15 seconds during a breathing exercise. By skipping a cycle with this app it gives me a 15 second exhale. Love this beautiful, simplistic breathing app.
