MoreRipplizer is an application that visualizes sound as animated ripples on your iPhone or iPad screen. It can react to music played through the microphone or directly from songs stored in your Files app.
No, Ripplizer is completely ad-free. The developer has stated there is no network access, no ads, and no accounts required to use the application.
Ripplizer analyzes sound from your device's microphone or directly from audio files. Bass, mids, and highs are assigned different colors and motion patterns to create a dynamic visual representation.
You can play music from other apps like Apple Music while Ripplizer is running, but it cannot react to it directly through earphones or headphones as the sound won't reach the microphone. For direct playback, select songs from the Files app. Apple Music tracks are protected and cannot be picked.
Ripplizer is designed for iPhone and iPad devices. It offers external display support to showcase the ripples on a larger screen.
The latest version of Ripplizer is 2.1.0, last updated on October 29, 2026. This indicates a history of updates, though specific frequency is not detailed.
Ripplizer offers several color themes to customize the visual experience, including Water, Sunset, and Classic. These can be accessed through a small panel that appears when you tap the screen.
Ripplizer has a rating of 3.0 stars from 3 ratings. This suggests a mixed to neutral user reception based on the limited feedback available.
