Too many cards are lower than real market value when I finally hit a card in a 125 and 250+ teir.
I play higher stakes so my misses are a lot more than my hits. It’s really, really annoying and unfair when I finally hit the card that is in the 250+ -2,000$ teir and then I value it and the value doesn’t match even the bottom end of the teir. It’s been forcing me to sale the card and keep rolling when I would prefer to have kept the card and have it shipped. The card doesn’t even value the true 250 (which is the bottom end of the teir) of the 50$ max rolls and it forces my hand to sell back and keep rolling which results in more misses. I’ve deposited over 1,500$ in the week that I’ve had the app and I think I’m done with the app for the reason I’ve just explained. Misses I understand that’s the gamble, the issue is when I’ve earned a win based off deposits and misses and the card I win doesn’t even come valued to the bottom end of the teir I feel cheated at that point. There’s lots of fun aspects of the app for sure but that’s just not fair to deposit and roll and finally earn a win and it doesn’t even reach the bottom end of the teir. I’ve emailed you about this twice with no reply either so your communication and customer service is really, really bad as well.

Avoid this app, there’s literally 0% chance to pull any of the grails i just proved it on my own. I’ve opened over 6000 packs and haven’t pulled a single graded card or grail. It’s ridiculous I know they have hidden mechanisms to ensure the customer spends more than they get but it’s actually crazy to pull gold and then get back to back silver for 8 or 10 times, like it cannot be more obvious it’s not random
