Relaxing meditations
I’ve tried these meditations and I can tell that now I sleep so much better. No anxiety and racing thoughts before sleeping. Relaxing music and voice. Absolutely love it and recommend it for anyone who’d like to start meditating and for those who’ve been practicing meditation for a while.

I truly enjoy the astral journeys, it helps me to go deeper into the meditative state. Also the audios for relaxation are pretty cool.
