Does not open

I was excited to use this app but when I downloaded and signed up with my information, it went to a black loading screen and it just stayed like that for minutes. I tried restarting the app and my phone, but it’s still just black when I open it.

It’s not working

Really want to try this out but all I get is the first screen with the triangle square and oval, just been flashing non stop and nothing else shows up…. Pls fix it !
