This is the second time I have downloaded this game, played it, (unfortunately) spent some money in it mostly for the cute outfits, just for my entire account to suddenly be expired and now I don’t have access to it at all? Connecting my Facebook to the game was definitely supposed to be a way for the game to keep track of my account however for some reason it didn’t? I stupidly let the first account go which I spent hundreds of dollars on and thought aww well it’s ok I’ll start a new one and now this one is also just gone? I honestly don’t know what to do at this point it feels like I got robbed. Twice

As I was playing the game it was not what I expected,it was a meh 😑 I got bored easily and deleted the game sooo? Yeah.
THIS app is a super duper meh,and I downloaded the game cus it said WE will be the Queen and when I got on it I was a guard I was upset and Mad 😡 at this game,so I prefer if dont want to get bored easily dont get this game!

I can’t play
I have just finished playing ‘Fate of the empress’ and now I want to play this one but when ever it finishes loading it says something like ‘reset all’ or something and I can play it because it keeps popping up when ever it finishes loading do you know why??
Garbage game
The game only wants your money. They will find ways to force you spend money. Our server only open for 3 months and force to merge with a server over a year. End up, most of our server players give up the game or force to spent quite amount of money to stay in the game. Most of players rather play in the new server. Whenever you have issue with your charging, they would make up excuse. They are really thieves. So sad.

Absolutely love
I’ve had this game for a while now I’d say a few months and it truly is addictive from the beautiful art and graphics to the storyline I love all the little details that make it so much more immersive I really don’t have any major complaints except some minor things I think could be changed to improve gameplay
1. I think it would so much fun if the game was available to play on a laptop just because it’s more comfortable I feel personally
2. The costumes are so beautiful but it would be nice if costumes were easier to get rather than them mainly being available during events especially for heirs
3. Fame I think is my biggest peeve in the game because if you don’t have enough you get demoted but it almost cost fame to take the exams it would be more reasonable if there were more mini games to obtain fame
4. For side quests I’m sure I’ve completed already it never says I’ve completed so it there was a guide on what to do in order complete some quests that would be majorly helpful
those are all my concerns but other than these I love this game I’d love to see a continuation of the storyline in game or maybe in a sequel game can’t wait to see what else the developers have in store for future updates ❤️😊

In overall a nice game
Hello, first of all I want to say that I really enjoy your game - the plot, the world setting, the hero system, pets, heirs, outfits, marriage and many more. The best part is finding new friends and sharing the game experience, makes it so much better. Also I like it that there are always some events going on.
But there are things that I think you should pay some attention to. First of all I would say it took me a lot of time to understand specific game mechanics, because there are absolutely no game guides available on the Internet. Detailed guides would be very helpful, especially on topics like upgrading Serenity equipment (stats, how many Swordsmith books and other materials are required for each upgrade level), treasures (unique and super etc, how to get them, their attributes and upgrading cost), a more detailed guide on heirs (about clubs, trophies, costumes, attributes etc), faction affairs (especially faction PVP, Ministry Celebrities, Faction Trial bosses), pets (attributes on different levels, ways to get a certain pet), heroes (what heroes suit what class better, what treasures are best for them, how to get their skins, what kind of gems it’s better to inlay in their equipment, what attributes in polish we should seek out for a certain hero). If such guides existed, it would be a huge help, as it may be very confusing trying to figure this out on our own.
Also, this is a complex issue, but I would still want to talk about this. Most of the events are based on pure gambling, you absolutely cannot know what you will get, this doesn’t seem to be a good concept. I don’t mind spending some money to support the game, I think it’s very interesting and enjoyable, but I would want to be sure that I will get the thing I wanted if I buy it.
I also think that there should be more benefits to VIP, the current ones almost have no effect on the game experience, unfortunately.
And also the issue of prices, I understand that your workers need salaries, but please, some prices are not sensible. For example, in Total Purchase, one Peerless treasure would cost 400$, one piece of Pearl equipment would be 300$, of course these things are of high value, but I think the prices are still sky high, if it was about 100-200$ it would seem to make more sense. I hope you could reconsider and make some changes, as more people will be willing to buy and support your game.
The last thing I wanted to say that there are some minor bugs in the game, like the mansion level that always stays 4 no matter how much you furnish it, it’s impossible to upgrade it past level 4 no matter what. Maybe you could enhance your support service for managing such issues, it would be very helpful.

Excellent Unique Game
I really love this game so much, first time playing it. i have some suggestions that somethings in the game that needs to be changed. 1. About the marriage, I know you want it to be realistic, but marrying to a person that people don’t even know in the game is kinda weird. Also give a option to marry a friend that the person knows or marry in game character such as the king ect…. 2. About the level up to just unlock the story and keep going, that just annoying me. 3. In the game please do also give lots of stuff for crafting the clothes and lower the prices too. thank you so much. I really love your hard work to make this game. I love this so much, but some needs to change and please do. Thank you again and I give it a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing but…
Love the game it is amazing. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. But I been having problems with my outfit. I have crafted some outfits and it will let me save it but when I leave to go back to the game it doesn’t show it on the avatar. It ends up showing the outfit you wore it the beginning of the game. Please help me!

One of the best!
Really enjoy this game, probably the only game of its kind that I’ve played for such a long time, it’s good because they update it regularity so there’s always new stuff. You do require money for a lot of the cool stuff which is a bit of a downside, wish they had more events with free stuff you could get just by completing gameplay.

Some minor tweaks...
The game is soo good, I love it and it’s one of my favorite, only complaints I have is it’s not fair to get demoted of rank just because you don’t have enough fame. People pay fame to take the test and it’s not fair that we have to keep taking the test just because we don’t have fame, I mean at least if it’s gonna be that way make the test free cuz then how are we suppose to have fame if we have to keep spending it on retaking the test. Another thing, it’s not fair that we work so hard to level up and continue the main story and then 2 tasks later we have to work on leveling up again. The more levels you go up the harder and harder it gets to level up and continue the main story. Overall it’s a good game but these are my complaints so far.

Too Expensive Game.
The game so exciting but so expensive to deal with. If you want to be the best, need to spent real money. The costumes so beautiful but rarely can get full set if not bought the ingots with real money. All special events also look so interesting but the lucky events always seem unlucky if not spending. So hard to get special items and pets. So you can see the luxurious items, but impossible to get it. Like the Anniversary words events. Seem funny cannot get the last words ‘to’ even you had bought the special pack. The rich gamer always being on the top but the not spending real money player always low rating and too slow to get the special items and equipment s. Take ages!
So, please don’t play this game if you are students! Waste your money and time too!

Love it!
I love this game and I have been obsessed with it since I first played it. Love it and would definitely recommend. I saw some people saying that progress gets deleted but it seems fine for me so maybe they fixed it??? Either way, if you want to play it for the fun and experience, go ahead but beware that some people say that the progress get deleted. Personally, it’s been perfect so yayyy!
