About
One bad night should not delete five good weeks. Most trackers keep a single number and set it to zero anyway.
This one keeps two records, tracked apart, and nothing on either is ever deleted. A slip closes one streak and opens the next. Your worst week never erases your best month.
Self-control is not a virtue you have or lack. It is a state, and it rises with sleep, training and sober days. So the nine habits that raise the floor sit on the same calendar as the marks.
You cannot remember last week. Rising Drop gives you the year: every clean streak you have ever put together, drawn as a range of mountains, with the one you are on lit at the front.
WHAT CHANGES
You stop guessing. Within a month you can see whether this one is better than the last, instead of trying to feel it.
A bad day stops ending everything. Your worst week never erases your best month, because nothing on the chart is deleted.
The space quitting leaves gets filled. Nine habits sit on the same calendar as the marks, so you can see which weeks held and what you were doing in them.
You stop dreading the app. Nothing asks you to rate your urges, nothing puts a score on you, and nothing lectures you.
WHEN THE URGE HITS
One tap on the flame puts something else entirely in front of you and holds the controls for a moment. Twenty-three of them — things to play, things to read, things to breathe through — and it picks one, so you never know which. Pressing it is not a slip. It does not break a streak and it never counts against you.
THE DAYS
The month in front of you, one dot per day. Mark today, or paint back across the days you missed. A slip is recorded the same way a clean day is: a mark, not a verdict. Above it, the week you are in, one rung at a time.
HABITS
Quitting leaves a space, and something has to go into it. Nine things worth doing — clean eating, strength, cardio, yoga, a calm day, sunlight, sleep, sober, smoke-free. Track only the ones you want. A streak counts up while it is alive and goes cold when it breaks. Still a reading, never a scolding.
CHALLENGE
A finish line and a little slack. Pick what to give up, how many days, and how many slips you are allowed. A spare is spent by the day, so a bad day costs one — not three.
RECORD
Totals, bests, and the shape of the months behind you. This is the part that cannot fall. A new account is shown only the figures it has earned, because an average needs history behind it and this app will not invent one.
WHAT IS NOT IN IT
No coach. No community. No blocker. No ninety-day programme. No badges, no feed, and not one notification asking where you have been. This app does less than the apps it sits beside, and that is the whole argument.
PRIVATE, AND BUILT THAT WAY
A PIN on the door, every time it opens.
Sign in with Apple. Hide My Email works, and then we never see a real address.
No ads, no trackers, no analytics. Nothing sold or shared, now or later.
Export the whole record to a file whenever you like.
Delete your account from inside the app, and the record goes with it.
SUBSCRIPTION
One week free on either renewing plan: Monthly at US$2.99 per month, or Yearly at US$19.99 per year. One payment at US$39.00 is bought once, never renews, and has no trial. Prices vary by country and are always shown in your own currency before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. An auto-renewing subscription renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged within 24 hours of that. Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
