# New Features - SWMS and JSA functionality. - Risk reviews, including notes/attachments. - Search added to the Risk Register. - Settings for Light, Dark or System themes. - You can now create forms from the various registers. - Settings option to disable sounds. # Improvements - When tapping on an incident, risk, or checklist, default to opening the form in edit mode (if permissible). - Streamline first-use by the app defaulting to the production environment, allowing the user to immediately sign in. - Include the latest available form template designer icons. - Show the Description field for local draft incidents in My Data. # Resolved Issues - Improved the handling of situations where saving an incident, risk, hazard, checklist would fail when a widget had been deleted from the form template. It now informs the user of the issue and prompts to retry, so as to safely save the form. - Ability to link to consequences when editing a risk was not present. - Changing the permission level for a checklist invitation was not being reflected. - Textbox widgets set to use rich text content incorrectly rendering. - Unable to reopen a closed checklist in My Checklists. - Under a particular company configuration, the manage menu option was visible where it should not have been. - Fixed an app crash that occurred when scanning a QR code to report a form that resides in an environment that is not the one the user is currently logged in to. - Privacy policy could sometimes be circumvented. - Risks and hazards created via Hazscan were not showing the form title. - Numerous other small fixes, improvements, and UI tweaks throughout the app.
