POWERPOINT: REAL SLIDES INSTEAD OF SCREENSHOTS • Every chart is drawn, not photographed: bars, lines, columns, the risk matrix with its arrows and the project matrix with its bubbles are built from PowerPoint shapes. You can select them, move them, recolour them, and they stay sharp at any zoom; the text in them is searchable. Before, most charts were embedded images. • Readable from across the room: charts sit in framed cards with a grid and a labelled value axis, the tiles and cards carry the same symbols as the app, and every arrow in both matrices is labelled with its risk number. The “Top risks” page now shows 20 risks instead of 12. MORE IN THE REPORT • Two new distributions: the dashboard shows how the risks spread across risk proximity and across risk response – both cards travel into the management report. “Not specified” is always shown, so the sum matches your actual stock. • The total risk budget in three figures: gross, today and target side by side – where you would stand without any measures, where you stand, where you want to be. • The top risks get a page and a slide of their own, the measures figures (open, overdue, development, share per owner) now appear in the management report as well, and the trend of selected risks shows four panels instead of one: score and risk cost, each as a sum and as an average. • The reports page is reordered: reports first, then templates, then the options. SYSTEM SEARCH (OPTIONAL) • Find risks from the device's search: a switch in the settings makes your risks findable through Spotlight or the search field; a hit opens that risk in the register. Off by default – only the identifier, title, category, status and project name go into the index, not the description, action plan, comments or documents. • And gone again when you say so: switching it off deletes the existing index at once. The same applies with an encrypted database, the biometric lock switched on, and while signed out – nothing is indexed in those cases, and the settings name the reason. The entries stay on the device. APPEARANCE • A fourteenth theme and five darker variants: “Deep Blue Ocean” (deep blue, deep green, sand) joins the list, and its light variant is deliberately much darker than the others – you can tell in broad daylight that this is a quiet one. For the same reason Dark Knight, Fire service, Police and Forest have been pulled down as well. Readability sets the limit: the text stays black and keeps the tested minimum everywhere. FIXED • On Mac and iPad the divider between list and detail column now always halves – the area beside the sidebar when it is shown, the whole width when it is not. Before, every switch in the sidebar threw it into a position where the detail column clung to its minimum width. • Switching language: several places kept the old one – sheets and popovers, every text with a number inserted into it, and the generated reports, which followed the language the app was started in. Everything follows the language you set now. • Counted texts use the right form: “1 risk” instead of “1 risks”, in all three languages and also where a second value appears in the sentence. • The login screens did not carry the tint of the chosen theme, the title of a matrix popover stayed German, and the legend of the activity chart was untranslated. • PowerPoint: on the matrix slide the list by priority ran off the bottom; the measures part showed technical keys instead of headings; numbers beside the bars wrapped; and the peak value of a curve disappeared underneath it.
