I love that this app allows me to give reviews and ratings to all the amazing frontline workers out there in retail & hospitality. Especially in these covid days, these workers are being tried and tested to new levels and deserve some extra appreciation! The app has a super easy and intuitive format. Can’t wait for them to expand to more cities! :)

Great platform!
Rito is a great platform. I’ve never before been able to so easily review both local businesses AND give feedback and shoutouts to specific employees who have provided great service. Excited to use this more.
A game changer for service workers and customers alike
I honestly can’t believe this hasn’t existed until now, that’s how obvious it seems. Not only does Rito incentivize the best service for customer users, but it gives the best service workers 3rd party verification of the value they provide. In today’s evolving economy, it’s ingenious to create an ecosystem that helps both service workers and customers get what they deserve. Expecting this to be as regular as old foursquare was when going out.
