About

rit.run is a running tracker for recording, understanding, and sharing every run. Record GPS routes and review distance, time, pace, cadence, elevation, and heart rate in one place. Bring in supported device and health data to keep more of your training history together. • Record runs in real time with pause, resume, and auto pause. • Review pace trends, heart-rate zones, cadence, elevation, weather, recovery, and training metrics. • Track shoe mileage, save routes, collect badges, share activity posts, and use reminders, widgets, goals, and voice guidance for the next run. rit.run helps with workout recording and analysis. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

Guest runs and shoes stay on your device and can be moved after sign-in. • Review optional resting heart rate and heart rate variability insights from supported health data. • See cached workout and feed lists sooner, and view portrait or landscape feed photos without unnecessary cropping. • Sign-in sessions now remain available through temporary authentication checks, while workout history and pending uploads recover more reliably after interruptions. • Profile photos and shared media load more consistently across home, routes, and social screens. • Permission guidance now proceeds directly to the corresponding system choice, and health and location setup choices remain available after restart. • Navigation and ChatGPT reconnect guidance are more consistently localized.
