A Distraction-Free Experience Designed for Motivation Rituals — Turn Your Routines Into Lasting Habits Rituals is an app designed to help you build daily routines, track your habits, and stay focused on what really matters. The idea is simple: you define your rituals, complete them every day, and Rituals helps you stay consistent. 1. Create Your Own Rituals Create habits that fit your lifestyle: Exercise Studying Work Reading Meditation Morning or evening routines Sleep Wellness Any personal habit you want to build Each ritual can be customized with a name, emoji, frequency, and optionally a number of repetitions per day. 2. Complete Your Habits Every Day Rituals shows you the habits planned for the day. Simply mark them as completed when you finish them. The app keeps track of your progress so you can see how consistent you are over time. 3. Visualize Your Progress A calendar lets you quickly see how you're progressing. Each day shows your completion rate and allows you to look back at previous days. This makes it easier to identify when you're most consistent and when you need to get back on track. 4. Build Streaks Rituals focuses on consistency rather than perfection. When you regularly complete your habits, you build a streak. The goal isn't to be perfect every day, but to gradually create routines that you can actually maintain. 5. Focus Mode and App Blocking Rituals can go beyond simply tracking your habits. With Focus Mode, you can select the apps you consider distractions. You can then define certain rituals as required. As long as your required rituals for the day are not completed, the selected apps can remain blocked using Apple Screen Time features. The idea is to create a real consequence: Complete your rituals → regain access to your distractions. This turns Rituals from a simple habit tracker into a tool for building real discipline. 6. Understand Your Habits Rituals helps you better understand your behavior through your habit data. You can track: Completion rates Streaks Your most consistent habits Your progress over time Your most productive days Habits you tend to miss Over time, Rituals can also provide useful insights such as: "You're usually more consistent on Tuesdays." or "You complete this habit 80% of the time." 7. A No-Guilt Approach Rituals isn't designed to punish you when you miss a day. You can miss a day, start again the next day, and keep moving forward. The goal is to build lasting discipline, not impossible perfection.
