Great salon. Not great app
Really love this salon. Amazing folks for massage and skin care. But can’t schedule massage through the app and can’t reschedule appointments. Can schedule skin care and confirm appointment times but otherwise this app is pretty useless

My time at Rituals is so special. After my time with Brigid, I feel young again because I look good. Brigid has been my go-to for years and won't change. The minute I walk in the people at the desk know me by name, offer me coffee, etc and always make me feel right at home. There is always someone giving hand massages. Quite a treat. Rituals is my second home for anything from hair, nail salon,spa and products that work.
