Sudden sign-in trouble, otherwise great.
Having trouble for 4 weeks now trying to sign in. Biometrics just stopped working. Will not send an email to the email associated with the app to reset password even though it says it sent. And the contact App button bring me to a page that repeatedly says it can’t load. Idk what more I can do to resolve the situation but leaving this review and hoping someone sees it and can help me reset my sign in. I know the email but not the password. I always signed in with saved biometrics. This wldnt be an issue if the app actually sent the reset email. I have gotten in a cpl times but it takes about 10-15 mins of repeatedly hitting the “sign in with biometrics” and suddenly one of the times it will work. It makes me late for my appts bc I never know what’s going to happen. None of my other apps are having trouble with bio sign ins so I don’t feel it’s my phone.

No problems….just a big turnaround for Therapist and Psychiatrist…
Can’t login
Apparently there’s issues with certain email domains but they don’t clarify this upon making your account so we can’t login. Now my daughter is likely going to miss her appointment and I can’t get a hold of anyone, I keep getting transferred to voicemails and no one calls back. Account recovery doesn’t work.
