Deposit problem
The mobile deposit is painful to use. I don’t know how to code differs from that used by Capital One, but my mobile deposits there always work on the first try. Mobile deposits at Riverland take several tries. At least twice, I’ve given up and driven to the bank. The problem always occurs with the back of the check.

Hello - Quick Balance is still a feature in our app. It may just need to be re-enabled if you're no longer seeing it as an option when you log in. To enable Quick Balance, log in to your account on the mobile app, tap your profile (circle with your initials) in the upper-right corner, tap Settings, tap Mobile Features, and tap Quick Balance. Toggle on "Enable Quick Balance" to add the Balances button to your login screen. If you want your balances to show immediately when you open the app, you can also toggle "Show automatically on app startup." Make sure you've selected the accounts you want to be viewable and save your changes. I hope this helps! -Erica V. at RiverLand FCU
Quiet Time Option
Can you please add quiet time selections to the text alerts? I like getting alerts of account transactions but not at 1:00am and 3:00am waking me up. I’d like to be able to select a quiet time range on my text alerts to avoid being awakened in middle of the night. It’s unusual to not have this option.
