Hard to use!
I MUCH preferred the old app where I could EASILY see and understand queues and locations. I HATE this version! I can’t see my linked account, which is so incredibly frustrating and I can’t easily see where I am in the queue of which location I need to go to. I truly hate using this app to the point my library activity has nearly ceased. I used to be in the library all the time! Please fix this app! It’s so hard to use!!!!

Terrible downgrade
This new app is worst than the old one it replaced. Constant errors and does not allow check out from mobile. The old app was not spectacular but at least it worked.
Good & Bad
Why do they change so much with each iteration? It’s annoying. They improve some things and drop the ball on others. Where is the ability to see linked accounts like the last version had? That was a great feature! Why did the ability to quickly see the number you are in the queue get replaced by an enormous Cancel Hold button? Why isn’t there a dark mode yet? Why isn’t there a new DVDs section that is easy to find and browse? It’s great to see improvements, like the ability to search by voice, but don’t remove features people use! I would have never “upgraded” to this version if I knew what features were removed.

First time user
My first time with this app. Easy to use, find books and hold them for sending to your local library for pick up. I haven’t found how to see my history yet. I can see the books I have checked out and their due date, all very helpful. I still enjoy browsing the shelves, but I see the value of this app
