Crashing on open screen on latest iPhone software. 16.4a. No way to contact support.
Love the local branch don’t like the app
Occasionally without notice, you are required to change your password which you are required to input to do an internal transfer. Hopefully you don’t get locked out before you figure this out. Even if you don’t get locked out, the new password won’t work and you’ll have to contact customer service which will be a waste of time until you get transferred to your local branch. They will be incredibly helpful but what they are looking at on their screen will not be what you are looking at and you will begin a three call process (at least) and if you haven’t already been locked out of your account previously in this process, you almost certainly be as you follow the instructions of your local person and they will think you are incompetent.
This is two years in a row for me.
Why are they even making me change my password if it hasn’t been breached? Why make me type it in to do an internal transfer if I just used facial recognition to access the account? Do they think someone stole my face?
I’m an over the road truck driver and if I eat more than $14 worth of food, I’ll bounce the account.
So, if your like me and start work before banks open and finish long after they’ve closed, you might as well ask off work now for 2022 because that’s the only way you won’t lose your mind when you figure out you’re broke a thousand miles from home even though there is plenty of money in your account.
I’m actually considering adding one of my branches employees names to my account so they can transfer money for me.
That’s how bad this app is.
This is an edit to an already bad review. Even if I can ever get access to my own money in this app, it will have taken two days to do so and next year this time , I’ll have to do it again.
It would be easier to rob a bank than use this bank app.
