Password reset link does not work
iPhone 16Pro Max with iOS 18.7.x. Selecting the password-reset link does not generate an email. I have tried several times. No joy. Nothing received - and I’ve checked my spam folder & it’s not there either.
ADDENDUM — reporting the problem to the developer resulted in a reset link that worked. The app now works as it had previously. Thanks!

Uncomfortable
Easy to make an appointment, but calling works as well. However, it is maddening to spend hundreds on my pet to have a care notification arrive a few days later. I have called, ignored, and now I am reviewing. Why can’t the app be updated to medical records?!!!!

The app won’t sync with either email I tried.

It has locked up and only shows a white page. Lately , I’m unable to use it.
