Cars do not show up on time. Rude customer service. Overall unprofessional and time and money wasting.
How complicated is that!
Asks add your home address which I assumed would help when book ring a taxi, when you hit the ‘home’ button is selects a random address round the corner. Gave up in the end.
Excellent service
I’ve recently moved to Maidenhead and had occasion to require a taxi last night. I downloaded the app and booked a car. I was then able to track the car’s progress on the map so I wasn’t standing outside in the cold. The app also showed me the registration plate of the car so I could easily locate it on a busy street. The price was a pound cheaper (£5 v £6) than a competitor that I had used the previous week who didn’t have an app.
On the return journey I left my phone in the car but the company had the driver return to my house to deliver it.
On both occasions I was greeted by name by the driver.
Excellent app, excellent service. They will be my only car service in Maidenhead going forward.

Dreadful
This is supposed to be a taxi app for Marlow but it’s search engine cannot find any address in Marlow!
Awful app
App locked me out ...no reset password as account locked !! Can’t reregister as number recognised but cannot sign in
