App needs overhauling
New Riyad bank is amazing, why is Riyad capital lags behind?

- unorganized
- need a separate Riyad global bank for US trading
- Doesn’t provide portfolio statistics
- face recognition doesn’t function properly

App not working
Poor app, makes you wonder how come Riyad Capital app lacks basic features and not on par with competition. Everytime I open the app I get stuck in there forever, and if I get to the login page by luck and enter my credentials, guess what, I get an error and the OTP doesn’t go through (authenticate) and the error pops up.

Great Riyad Mobile but terrible Riyad Capital?
It’s quite odd how the main Riyad Bank app (Riyad Mobile) is one of the best banking applications in Saudi Arabia yet their investment page application is by far the worst on offer. While the app has good features, the UI is low resolution and clunky. Error codes are too frequent when trying to use ANY feature and there is no on-board support feature. It makes you want to go use another app such as Rajhi capital or IBKR—which is really disappointing as not many banks are as efficient as RB
