Terrible, just awful
The app leaves me incredulous, it complains there’s no network connection when you try and recharge -and then after a few attempts just says to have tried too many times today. I’d rather just pay the parking fines than continue to use this useless garbage.

Esse app parece um golpe. Ninguém atende o telefone, na hora de pagar sem aparece uma mensagem de erro de conexão e a gente fica sem auxílio e sem saber o que fazer.

Not for Foreign Clients when creating an account
There an option for Foreign but…. If you do not have a local phone number you can not creat an account. The only way is to just issue a Ticket, which I didn’t figure out right away thinking that is to pay for a parking ticket. We ended up moving to parking garage paying much more. Wasn’t till I started playing with the app later and realized, do not try to create an account but rather to click on Ticket. Down side is you have to enter your credit card each time. What the point to even have foreign client if you can’t not use it as a foreign?
