It really helps
This small app nicely handles my doc archiving needs. We frequently receive mails or forms or whatsoever that need be handled later but it’s nuisance to carry them around or try to search them everywhere. This tool perfectly solves the problem!

Great app
Rkive is something everybody would need for everyday life. It organizes the important documents -like bills, notifications, contacts, invoices, leases…- and makes them handy and searchable. I am so glad I find this app! And it’s even free! Unbelievable!

Search made easy
Love that everything stays on my device only. Search text is instant and is really fantastic. Import works from my photos app by sharing to Rkive, although not clearly mentioned in the app.

Thank you so much — really glad the on-device privacy and instant search are working well for you. 🙌 Great callout on imports: you can share images into Rkive from Photos, Files, and other apps via the iOS Share Sheet. We designed it this way on purpose: instead of requesting broad library/file permissions, Rkive only receives what you explicitly choose to share, so you stay fully in control. Update, I have released v1.1.0, which explicitly support import from Files/Photos in the main page. Check it out!
