Usability issue

This software has only one problem: the buttons work unnaturally, they work in the “on release” state, which is correct, like any other button in this system, “on press”.
An annoying issue: this characteristic of the buttons slows down the process, sometimes leading to typing errors. I would really like the developers to consider making the registration process for these buttons the same as any other button in this system. After all, it is a well-developed software that I would really like to buy and actually use.

Not delivering what you bought

I bought on app store the life time subscription but when go to activate in my Macbook M1 it just crash, cannot do that.
