Life time purchase is not true

I purchased this program a year ago my phone just died I purchased new phone install the app on new phone now they are demanding $9.99 payment…..it is not a life time payment

Please install the app from the AppStore's Purchase History. There you will find the original RLM-11C that you may purchase at that time. We say that because we have to create a new app with the same name in order to offer a 30 days free trial without any commitment, which is the RLM-11CX version 2.1.4 Other causes should be target to Apple customer service because all the sales, payments and installation processes are completely controlled by them. We can't do anything about.
