Lacks some important features

The mobile app has a favorites button but no way to access that list. The search filter is very limited and doesn’t have a way to filter by days on market.

Keeps crashing

Mobile app keeps crashing even after the recent update. Listings show no information on property bio. Practically could not be use or rely on to do business. Please fix it!

App is dead

I agree with another recent reviewer. The app is dead. I typed in a valid local address and hit the search icon, and the app crashed. This happened multiple times in a row. Bye-bye, RMLS mobile app.

Trash or crash

This is pitiful. I can't access the info on any address. I'm always thinking I'm typing in the wrong address when I'm not, because nothing shows up. Working in Multnomah county I get better info from Portland maps. I keep hoping it'll get better. Its really disappointing. I want to like.

Crashes

Havent even been able to log in. Everytime i enter my log in it just crashes.

Really needs an update

Unfortunately I use Zillow. This is very clunky and slow. Feels like I’m in 1999

Really bad

I’m just someone trying to find a home. Not confident that Zillow and other apps show all available home so thought I would try this because in a full browser RMLS seems to show everything.
But this app is horrible.
Save feature does not work.
Zooming on map makes properties disappear then reappear then disappear when you slide map.
Photos are blurry
The finger touch options on the screen are not logical.
Etc....

Stay away!

This app is for data mining and lead generation for every realtor in a 100 mile radius. They don’t stop calling.

Why are you like this?

It’s like the person who made this app has never worked as a Realtor. It’s functions are so slow I think my phone has a virus every time I open this app. Please, for all that is sane and sacred, take all the feedback on these reviews and develop an app that Realtors can actually use. Feel free to contact me directly and I will offer free consultation on the development. I’m not kidding. Please.

Worthless

It has nothing that brokers actually need. We can’t access our listing load, our prospect profiles or any of our saved searches. We can’t search for a specific address or owner name. May as well use Zillow or redfin as they are much better executed. So for now we are still stuck using the full webpage. 😡

Better than having nothing...which is not saying much

Well at least I can easily get showing instructions without having to navigate through a browser. Any other 3rd party app search is much better. Photos are blurry when viewing on iPad.

Hello Melody, thank you for sending in feedback. As we continue to improve our app we do currently have a task to offer higher resolution photos. Check for upadates periodically in your app store.

Predictably unreliable

The app takes an unreasonably long time to load, will crash or just not load my search request. The search options are primitive at best. I’m extremely disappointed that our dues went up and the app is still inferior to the competition.
